A weekly informal drop-in group held on Wednesdays throughout the year at Debden House Camp site, Debden Green, Nr. Loughton, Essex. This has 7 fields and surrounded by Epping forest. We meet on field 3. We have 2 huts, one for cooking and storage and one for wet weather shelter. You need to bring food and clothing appropriate for wet, cold and muddy conditions. We have loads of space for walks, fire making, cycling, tree climbing and exploring. We can start arriving at 10am and leave usually as it starts to get dark.The camp site is owned by The London Borough of Newham.Look at their website and link to 'youth' to see more details. The camp site is open for camping only between May and September. the rest of the year we are there by ourselves. The cost is £2 per family per week.
