Open Council Meetings and National Gatherings |
| The open council meetings are usually combined with national gatherings
or camps and are open to all members of Education Otherwise.
There are three council meetings a year with an AGM at one and
EGMs are held when necessary. Anyone can attend an OCM and speak
when recognised by the chair. Anyone can write to put something
on the agenda, can make their views and concerns known to the meeting,
and can ask the meeting to consider doing something. Full minutes
are sent to anyone who sends apologies, as well as everyone who
was there. You can have a full copy by sending an SAE to the General
