Education is compulsory, schooling is not
This document is based on section 2.7 of School
is not compulsory, 5th ed., Education Otherwise (PO Box 7420, London
N9 9SG), 2000, but has been revised to reflect the situation in
September 2004. For further information about home-based education,
please refer to School is not compulsory.

Education Otherwise issued a Press Release in response to the issue
