The Many Angels of Art!
Art is a very important part of life. Each different
artist ahs a different style. Art can express emotion and the
feelings that the artist is feeling at the time. Designs and patters
are an important part of artistic creation and art can be found
every day in our lives.
Each individual artist has his or her special style
in which they create. There are many different styles used by
many different people of different cultures! Many are very famous!
Leonardo da Vinci, was a master of the art of classical
painting. Classical paintings are paintings are set on realism.
Realism is the art of accurate human figures and accurate drawings
of architectural marvels.
Grant Wood, was a master of landscapes. Landscapes
are vast stretches of land and horizon drawn to reflect nature's
freedom and beauty. Mr Wood preferred farms himself and based
almost all his work on this subject.
Matisse, was a master of abstract art. Abstract
art is a form of art that gives you the impression of some kind
of clear message through unclear figures and atmospheres.
Andy Warhol, was the master of modern art. He was
able to take ordinary objects and transport them into works of
art.
These are people who create different styles of
art and express themselves freely. When an emotion comes into
play the art takes a sharp turn. Whether it is anger or glee,
life or death, or happiness or sadness the art form always expresses
itself different.
Paintings can change emotion with the use of colours.
If you use the "hot colours" which are red, orange and
yellow...you create a sunlit atmosphere. If you use the "cool
colours" which are purple, green and blue you would create
a darker setting, maybe midnight.
Poses the people and animals hold is another emotion
changer. If they are fleeing, screaming, or in an odd position
on the ground, fear, death or anger is depicted. While smiling,
dancing, and other happy positions represents glee or fortune.
Lines are another important element. Curved lines
give a more relaxed happy look while ridged ones tend to give
it a harsh look.
Designs and patterns are an important part of life.
They inhabit all items we use in our everyday lifestyles.
Wallpaper, clothing, and containers have patterns,
they have these for a specific reason. They give colour and style
to our every daylives.
Architectures also holds designs, their symmetry
liven up dull cement and marble, making it very attractive and
lively.
We find art in everyday things as well. Landscaping,
furniture, and other household decorations are all examples.
We as humans must have art. If we didn't, the world
would be quite boring. There are many angels of art.
